Sometimes, when time is tight, it doesn't hurt to use a formula
in order to create a set of values and principles to be used in your working mission and vision statement.

One way to create a formula of values and principles is to ask good questions about shared beliefs. The answers to these questions can provide meaningful snapshots of what makes your library special and define one set of principles.
